As a person who worked next to a 'Self-Serve' car wash for years, and saw him digging his drains after summer weekends...I Suggest you take a pump,generator, and Powerwasher into the Desert where there's still flood waters,and Rinse the mud off There, instead of into your Friend's business drains, or on sidestreets where you plug Storm drains. You guys are smarter than that, but "average Joe, or Joan" may just go home and do that. Thnx for the Fun.
